"While on bus 16 from Town to Shafie's hood, I experienced one hell of an intriguing experience. Okay so here's the story. Me, Shafie and Syaq were sitting at the back of the bus, and we were having lotsa fun cracking jokes and I was busy singing my new number one hit (I can't remember any thing from this because I guess I was too disturbed by what happened). Indeed, we were making quite a ruckus and acted as though the bus was ours, but what happened next was beyond our wildest imaginations. There was this man, who looked as though he was in his mid 40s or 50s, who sat in front of me. Clad in a black tee, arms covered in gloves and carrying a mini sling bag, he fitted the bill as a serial killer. While we were talking, he looked a little annoyed with the noise that we were making. He fiddled around with his bag, and was searching for something. At that moment, I thought he was going to take out a packet of sweet to chew on or something, but guess what emerged from his bag. A penknife. Yes, a fucking penknife. Me and Shafie were sniggering because it was just so funny. He began playing with it, moving the blade up and down. That marked a decrescendo to the noise we were making, because we got all so scared. He then turned to look at me, and gestured an inappropriate middle finger smacked right in my face. I apologised, and told him that I was sorry. I kept whispering to Shafie to alight, because I really felt uncomfortable from then on. I have to admit I feared for my life because a weapon was involved. A fucking pen-knife, mind you. Thank god we alighted two stops later, and he didn't follow. I envisaged that he would actually block me from alighting, and then stab me right in my stomach, but none of that happened."

An excerpt from haikal's blog. Trust me, i was sitting next to shafie, a quarter amused, a quarter shocked and half terrified out of my wits. And if i could summon all the malaikats to protect us i would have coz' i was sitting at the corner of the back seat of the bus, chanting the Al-Fatihah.
