i noe it's alredy sunday (duh!) but i stil wanna blog about friday. =)friday was a pretty normal day for all but a nerve-racking one for me, atikah n all talent search participants.school was goin fine but it all started during HML.me n att were starting to get very nervous.VERY.rriiinnggg.saw ms wang getting ready for TS under the rotunda. #problem no.1.i was lyk 'ohno!'.we needed da piano.siti,jannah,hilma,liyana,nadia.basically all of my frens.were dere.actualli evryone.da whole blardy school was dere.we were preparing da guitars and all.ours was da 4th item.n since we needed da piano,our item was specially in da canteen. #problem no. 2.da amplifiers were not werking.da audience were taunting 'why are we waiting!' i was freakin out.den anarchy helped out.dey helped out since da starting.amalina(2a) was incharge for dat day so she changed da schedule.she let otha groups go furz and we'll go wen evryting was ready.i owe u on dat one!!
#problem no. 3 came wen i thot evryting was goin fine.i received a msg frm steph.she begged us to perform w/o her coz she had oral.oni one thing was in my head.we are out of the audition.we cant do it w/o a pianist.but dat point was proven wrong. #problem no. 4.i was told to change my bass tabs 15 mins b4 da audition.ahh.i was breaking down.as in nervous breakdown.rico was helpin me.a lot.he calmed me down n revised da tabs wid me.thanks to da max!he was lyk 'u can do it sha!'.dey were givin me semangat and all. #problem no.5.da guitar strap tore.and do u noe how important it is?w/o da strap da guitar wont hav any support.my solution was to put my leg on da amp.dat was da oni thing i cld do last minutely.i need to support da guitar sumhow.da audience were great.i saw siti jumping!and shouting.dat was wen i stopped being nervous.hahaha.afta dat was atikah's turn.she was wonderful!except dat we dint do da encore as we planned.nasrul was complimenting our band.a lot were.as in not to boast or wadsoever.i tink we did pretty well.hopefully can get thru.im stil hopin though.even da teachers lyked asheem's voice. ;) i asked atikah if i looked action wen i put my leg on da amp.den she said kinda.n she shouted 'syafiqah macho!' hahah.i dint do it on purpose.oh well.dey can say wadever dey lyk.i wanna thank everyone who were there last friday.supporting me n BD.thanks a lot!even the imaginary one.u noe who u r. =)
